Growing up in this business, Jim discovered early on he had a liking for building things. It was the satisfaction he received knowing he was instrumental in building something for others to enjoy. As Principal, Jim oversees the Construction Phase Services, Surveying and Mapping Services, Business Development and Marketing Services. He understands the importance of producing quality products with honesty and integrity; something he has committed himself to do on a daily basis.
    Jim enjoys spending time with family and friends, and giving back to his community. His greatest passion in life is making sure others are well accommodated for and well taken care of.     Hasan is the Department Manager of the Land Development group and also serves as the Associate Principal. He received his B.S. in civil engineering in 1990 from the University of Engineering and Technology in Peshawar, Pakistan. Today, Hasan is responsible for the oversight of land development and site development group, conceptual engineering design of infrastructure for master planned communities and business development for EHRA Engineering. Hasan also serves as a District Engineer for eleven Municipal Utility Districts and serves as a member on Conroe Developers Committee.
    Hasan is a devoted husband and father, and enjoys spending most of his free time with his wife and two children. He is a travel enthusiast, as well as an avid golfer.

    With a mother who was a bookkeeper and a father who was in sales, Vally grew up fascinated by people who ran businesses. After graduation, she went to work in Treasury and Cash Management for an oil tool manufacturer. There, she worked for three different CPA’s in treasury, credit and collections, and tax departments which influenced her to become a CPA herself. Today, Vally serves as the Chief Financial Officer responsible for risk management, human resources, accounting systems, legal and contracts, and ESOP and 401(k).With all of her responsibilities, Vally is most passionate about doing all of her work with integrity, and believes every job is worth doing the right way.
    Away from the office, Vally enjoys spending her days gardening, a hobby she inherited from her mother. She also likes listening to music, swimming, watching funny movies, enjoying a good dinner with an even better bottle of wine, and spending time with her closest friends and family.

    Ever since his childhood, Sivaji had an interest to one day enter into the field of engineering. The idea of playing a key role in guarding the safety of public and infrastructure was what sparked his interest the most. Today, Sivaji serves as a Senior Project Manager with expertise in the design of highway structures, the review and preparation of bridge design reports, construction documents, and PS&E documents.
    Sivaji likes to stay social by getting involved with various organizations and societies. He is an active member of the SEI LAD Excom committee, as well as the Chairperson of SEI Speaker Bureau Committee. He also serves as a member of the ASCE Advisory Committee for Continued Education. Sivaji has received numerous honors and awards throughout his career, and is well respected throughout the civil engineering community.

    Mehrafarid Ghoreishi, P.E.senior project engineer

    With an interest in working in a “people serving profession,” Mehra also had an interest in creating and designing something that is visible and touchable; which led him to civil engineering. After receiving his Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from Concordia University, Mehra now works as a Project Engineer. His experience includes, but is not limited to, structural design of steel and concrete bridges, civil infrastructure, heavy industrial buildings and facilities, mines and metals, steel/concrete silos and bins, material handling, building structures (commercial and residential), multipurpose high rises, and extensive analytical experience in civil engineering. With 17 years of experience, Mehra is most passionate about working amongst a team and sharing his knowledge with colleagues to find safer, faster and more innovative solutions.
    Mehra enjoys spending his free time learning about computers. He is very interested in the modeling and programming of computers and the way things work. He finds that he is most interested in these two types of studies because they are not far from his profession, a career he would never change.

    A proud Auburn University alum, John entered into the civil engineering field because he wanted a career that existed for the betterment of the public. With over 25 years of experience, John serves as a Senior Project Manager over Public Works. His responsibilities include the design of roadways, interstate highways, traffic signalization, water conveyance systems, wastewater conveyance and pumping systems, and wastewater dewatering systems. John understands the need to provide the right solutions to all engineering problems and devotes his time to tailoring each solution to the individual needs of his clients.
    Aside from work, John’s number one concern is his family. His main focus is making sure their needs are met and that his children grow up to be productive members of society. He also enjoys kicking back and watching all sports on television, especially basketball and football.

    Mohammad received his B.Sc. in civil engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology in 2001. For three years he worked as a Project Civil Engineer before moving to the U.S. to pursue his masters in civil engineering with an emphasis in transportation engineering from UT Arlington. Mohammad now works as a Sr. Project Engineer for our Traffic and Transportation department. Some of his major assignments include, traffic operations analysis, traffic signal design, and traffic impact analysis and roadway design. His passion for supervising and managing projects balances with his outgoing and endearing personality.

Adam enjoys designing spaces that serve multiple purposes, and is highly interested in Low Impact Development techniques because of the ecological functions they serve.

    A proud Houstonian with a degree in Architecture from the University of Houston, Christopher Browne transitioned to land planning over 20 years ago and has not looked back. As Associate/Department Manager of Land Planning, Chris manages the design and execution of master planned communities, conceptual site development, and Low Impact Development projects. He takes great pride in the idea that what he designs eventually becomes a place people call “home.”
    Aside from planning, Chris has recently discovered a new creative outlet that has sparked his interest: cooking. He enjoys being sous chef for his wife and exploring the myriad of flavor combinations possible with even the simplest of meals. Bon Appetite!

Today, Jennifer works as Project Hydrologist responsible for performing hydrologic and hydraulic analysis using specialized software modeling programs. Ms. Hundl has worked on projects for Harris County Flood Control District, City of Houston, and Harris County along with a growing number of private clients.
    Jennifer loves spending time in the refreshing outdoors. She is actively involved in non-profits committed to enhancing the quality of life and preserving green space. Whether she is kayaking, hiking or biking, you can be sure to find her amongst nature.

Today, he serves as Senior Project Manager of Land Development responsible for supervising engineering design and plan production. Robert also obtains plan approvals from the various regulatory agencies for Municipal Utility Districts, County, and City projects. While Robert finds all aspects of his work to be of importance, it is his clients who he puts first. It is very important to him to make sure his clients’ needs are met and their questions answered.
    Away from work, Robert is a comedian at heart who loves spending time with his family and flying airplanes. In a nutshell, “Trains, Planes, and Automobiles,” bikes, motor homes, and trucks describe Robert to a T.

He is also responsible for obtaining plan approvals from the various regulatory agencies for Municipal Utility Districts, County, and City projects. Jared’s outgoing personality allows him to get along with anybody. When he is not in the office, you can find him having a good time with family and friends. Patient and cerebral, Paul is a naturally gifted educator and loves sharing his knowledge.     Blake has always had a love for designing and building. As one of EHRA Engineering’s most promising Project Managers in the Land Development department, Mr. McGregor is responsible for managing the engineering designs of roadways, water distribution, wastewater collection, drainage facilities, paving, sanitary sewer rehabilitation, commercial development sites, sidewalks and Low Impact Development (LID.) Mr. McGregor is also the engineer for several Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones and Municipal Utility Districts. Blake enjoys keeping active and spending time outdoors; whether it’s disc golf, (regular) golf, running, yard work, grilling, or just hanging out with his friends, family and wife.

Today, Mr. Satterwhite is one of EHRA Engineering’s sharpest Assistant Project Managers in the Land Development department and is responsible for overseeing the design projects for Municipal Utility Districts and private developers. Ben understands that each project brings its own set of challenges, and excels in finding solutions that are both cost effective and nontraditional. Raised near Amarillo, Ben loved being around snow and spending his winter vacations close to the mountains. As the Department Manager over Surveying and Mapping Services, Charles understands the challenges of his work and faces them with an optimistic attitude. As an employee of EHRA Engineering since 1995, Charles has supervised numerous boundary and topographic survey crews, platting, right-of-way acquisitions, and construction staking for the majority of our master planned community and municipal projects.
    When not playing the role of supervisor, you can find Charles either on a golf course or in a deer blind.

    It was the colorful history and the current technological advancements of GPS satellites and CAD programs that intrigued Sr. Survey Project Manager, Munroe Kelsay, to enter into his profession. Munroe joined the EHRA Engineering team this year as a Registered Professional Land Surveyor, with an extensive amount of experience, and is one of many Sr. Survey Project Manager’s at EHRA Engineering. His project management responsibilities include research and development for budgeting and estimating for projects. Munroe oversees preparations of drawings and documents pertaining to boundary, topographic surveys, plats and easements. He also oversees survey crews and AutoCAD technicians to ensure projects are kept on schedule, budget and meet client’s needs.
    Munroe enjoys spending time with his family. He cherishes each and every moment he gets to spend with his wife and children. He has especially enjoyed watching his children grow into mother’s and father’s, and loves all of the moments he can spend with his grandkids.

His responsibilities include assisting clients with the FEMA Public Assistance Projects from Project Worksheet writing thru audit and closeout.
    Before coming to work for EHRA Engineering, David served as the Assistant Public Assistance Officer for Texas Division of Emergency Management. As the son of a three war veteran and retired NASA employee, David enjoys attending as many political and Veteran Functions as possible, as well as riding his Harley, going fishing, and spending time with his family.
