LAND PLANNER II (Job Code: LP)
The Land Planner will assist by coordinating between Project Managers, Clients, Regulatory Agencies, and Support Staff; Translate schematics to Exhibit drawings in AutoCAD. Activities entail exhibit preparation to include schematic plans, general plans, thoroughfare alignment studies, and design; demographic, topography and floodway/plain data collection; and acreage calculations on roads, water, and commercial land uses. Preliminary Plat Submittals include pad/lot design & layout. Additional activities include Aerial Overlays, and Submittal Packages. The ideal candidate will have a related degree plus 5 years experience with pc literacy including AutoCAD.
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT DESIGN ENGINEER (Job Code: WWTP)
This position consists of the planning and design of civil engineering projects. Candidate will be a Civil or Environmental Engineer with 8+ years design experience in Wastewater Systems & Treatment Plant, Biological Processes, Plant Hydraulics, and Pump Stations. Activities include analysis of reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, and other data to plan and design project; preparation of specifications and plans for projects; and construction site inspection to monitor progress and ensure conformance. Texas Professional Engineer License desired.
PROJECT ENGINEER (Job Code: PE)
Licensed candidates should have 5 – 7 years or more in civil engineering design, site plan production, and project management experience, preferably in land development including the design of water, wastewater, drainage, and roadway systems. Project Managers lead EIT & Tech team as required with Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.
CIVIL ENGINEER (Job Code: CE)
This position consists of the planning and design of civil engineering projects, such as water lines, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer. Experience in civil/site design, grading, drainage design, utilities design, site/roadway layout and profiles. Will analyze reports, maps, drawings, blueprints and other data to plan and design project. Prepares specifications and plans for projects and inspects construction site to monitor progress and ensure conformance to plans and specifications. Must be PC literate, including AutoCAD.
EIT (Job Code: EIT)
Successful candidates will have a BS in Civil Engineering with 0 – 2 years or more of experience in all aspects of land development services. Will provide assistance to Project Managers in assignments for water, wastewater, paving and drainage projects, in addition to assistance in design, project budgets and schedules, final plans and specifications. Must be PC literate, including AutoCAD.
CIVIL CAD DESIGNER Job Code: CADD
5 – 10 years experience designing civil projects using AutoCAD, Excel, and/or other computer design programs. Responsibilities will include all aspects of the design of civil engineering projects, such as, residential land developments and commercial site developments. Must have experience with designing pavement, site grading, drainage, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water distribution systems. Must be PC literate, including AutoCAD.
LICENSED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT (Job Code: RLA)
Will perform as a senior member of a business unit backed by an established firm with an array of related services. The client-project portfolio is diverse in this multi-state operation. Will lead a talented team, having responsibility for practice management, directing and supporting the efforts of existing staff as a mentor, providing technical expertise, overseeing design and project delivery, and will be the influencing design talent. The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more experience in the Texas region with Community Master Plans, Park Plans, and related construction knowledge; project leadership and technical expertise; and strong client/colleague relationships. Must be PC literate, including AutoCAD.
PROJECT SURVEYOR (Job code: RPLS)
Licensed TX RPLS or SIT able to take the RPLS exam within 12 months. Will be responsible for supervising and preparing boundary & topographic surveys; subdivision plats; ROW, easement & parcel descriptions and plats; and other surveys. Position requires strong technical skills. Reports to Dept. Manager and will supervise technical staff assigned to the project. Must be PC literate, including AutoCAD. |
