Project Name: IAH's Automated People Mover System
Project Location: George Bush Intercontinental Airport, Houston, Texas

EHRA was the Project Principal Engineer for all civil and surveying services for the ongoing expansion of the APM facility to Terminal A. EHRA was responsible for all the roadway and utility improvements between Terminal B and West Road at the far end of Terminal A, roadway and utility improvements on the west side of Terminal A, construction phasing sequencing for utility and APM foundation and column construction, operational issues needed to complete work, operational sequencing of both Terminal A and B passenger and services movement during construction. Work also included close coordination with HAS, Continental Airlines, TSA, police, security and airport operational personnel on all phasing issues.

Project Name: Jacobs Reserve

Project Location: MCMUD 112 – Montgomery County, Texas

Project Description: :  Engineering design and construction phase services of water, sewer, drainage and paving for four subdivision sections and off-site channel (123 acres out of a 400 acre subdivision).  There was a 60-foot elevation difference on this site and wooded lots were left in their natural state, requiring the installation of retaining walls.  EHRA provided preparation of construction plans and technical specifications, bidding cycle services, contracts and construction phase services with daily site representation. Prepared monthly pay estimates, change orders, coordinated and attended final inspections and processed all project close-out documents.
