Parks Master Plan
Fort Bend County MUD No. 158
Preparation of a master plan for a neighborhood park system surrounding an amenity lake central to the community. The proposed system includes trails around the lake with neighborhood parks located for the convenience of all residents. Playgrounds and picnic areas are complimented by native plants and hardscape elements.

Harris County MUD No. 188
Project included the master planning of parks system additions and enhancements for District, expanding the system from one park and trail to include four parks, one dog park and over two miles of paths and trails. Re-introduction of native species to enhance and compliment hardscape features.

Northwest Harris County MUD No. 6
Preparation of a parks master plan including redesign of two existing parks and addition of a park at the site of replaced water treatment facility and path system to integrate recreational facilities into pedestrianized whole.

Harris County MUD No. 71
Preparation of a parks master plan for a 1,140 acre utility district. The plan identifies 16 passive and active recreation areas throughout the District linked by pathways along Mayde Creek and lateral drainage ways.

Old Town Lewisville Implementation Plan
Project includes inventory and analysis of streetscapes within designated 300 acre redevelopment zone. This is to be followed by recommendations for specific streetscape improvements which will enhance redevelopment efforts and help integrate commuter rail facility into district.

Brickhouse Gully Detention Basin Design
Harris County Flood Control, Houston, Texas
Landscape Architect responsible for land use plan from which basin design is based. Goals included maximum detention with low flow water quality amenities. Recommended plantings for areas of inundation, using tree location to create large scale landscape design visible from freeway.

Preliminary master planning and urban design plans for 950 acre planned community with four single-family housing products, two distinct townhouse products, mixed use, both residential based and commercial/office based and civic amenities. Explored feasibility of project.
