Construction Pricing Update

EHRA Construction Phase Services finished a 12-month review of construction prices for common civil infrastructure items. The results continue to show steady price increases for items where construction materials are in limited supply. Most recently, concrete products, which remained steady last year, are now showing notable price increases as well. We understand that the concrete price increase is both due to global cement supply challenges and local product shipping / delivery costs.
